A one-time grant for international students starting a bachelor's or master's at a participating Dutch university.

Who can apply

Non-EEA nationality; first-time study in the Netherlands; admitted to a participating programme.
Eligible countries: Non-EEA countries

What it covers

EUR 5,000 one-off grant in the first year

How to apply

1. Apply for admission to a participating Dutch university. 2. Submit the Holland Scholarship application through that university (usually Feb–May). 3. Prepare a motivation letter and transcripts. 4. Check each university's own deadline on the official page.
